We're here to help.
Subscriptions are handled by Apple, not by Vellia. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. From there you can change plans or cancel. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current period.
Your symptom logs and cycle history stay on your device. You'll still be able to see everything you've recorded — you won't be able to add or edit entries, or use the paid features, until you resubscribe.
Open the Community tab, tap the account icon, and choose to delete your account. This removes your community posts and your account record. Data stored only on your device is removed when you delete the app.
Symptom logs and cycle data are stored locally on your device. Community posts are stored in our database, linked to an anonymised identifier. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
Email us at contact@sixsidemarketing.com and include your iPhone model and iOS version if you can. That helps us find the problem faster.
Vellia's Community is a moderated space. Posts are screened before they appear.
Open the menu on any post and choose Report, or swipe left on the post. Reports go to our review queue and we look at each one.
Choose Block from the same menu. Once you block someone, their posts no longer appear for you. You can see and undo your blocks any time under Settings → Blocked members.
We have no tolerance for harassment, hate speech, threats, sexually explicit content, spam, medical misinformation, sharing another member's private information, or content that promotes self-harm or disordered eating. Accounts that post this kind of material are removed.
To report something urgent, email contact@sixsidemarketing.com with Community report in the subject line.
Vellia helps you track and understand what you're experiencing. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace care from a clinician. If something feels severe or is wearing you down, please speak to a healthcare professional.
If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line such as findahelpline.com.
